Activity with Regards to Federal Rules of
Civil Procedure Amendments

The California legislature passed Assembly Bill 926 which contained proposed amendments to the California Code of Civil Procedure regarding electronic discovery. The bill was vetoed by California's Governor in late September 2008. The California legislature plans to introduce the bill again next year.
