To support our employees in their efforts, Kroll Ontrack has a Time Off for Non-Profit Community Service policy. Under this program, full-time regular employees with 12 months of service may take up to one day of paid time-off each calendar year to perform volunteer work at a qualifying non-profit organization.
Kroll Ontrack is committed to impacting the communities in which we work and live and encouraging employees to take an active role in community projects and charitable causes.
Each year, Kroll Ontrack employees volunteer their time and donate resources to many worthwhile causes, some of which include Kids Against Hunger, MN AIDS Project, Memorial Blood Centers, Junior Achievement, as well as various food, school supplies and toy drives for families in need. These efforts are driven by our strong sense of corporate responsibility and the immense generosity of our employees.
Kroll Ontrack clients face complex, diverse challenges and business decisions – often with serious implications. Critical to Kroll Ontrack's success is the diverse perspective we offer clients. We accomplish this by leveraging the individual strengths and unique innovative skills of our workforce in providing world-class solutions. With more than 30 offices and 18 service labs located throughout North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, Kroll Ontrack fosters a work environment where diverse and inventive thinking are a critical component of what makes us successful.
