Educational Assistance

Kroll Ontrack values the desire and ambition to continue formal education with tuition assistance to full-time employees, with at least six months of service, who have a satisfactory performance record. We also support and encourage continuing education opportunities.

Web-based Learning

Kroll Ontrack is committed to providing not only a tuition reimbursement program, but also providing continuing education opportunities internally. One of these options is Altegrity University, an online learning management system that helps employees gain knowledge and develop skills for career advancement and professional growth. Populated with technical, management and leadership development courses, the site provides on-demand access to a wide variety of resources and tools for accessing, managing and tracking learning. These courses are either instructor lead or self paced.


Research shows that presentation skills are crucial to success in the workplace, and Kroll Ontrack recognizes this fact by offering the opportunity to participate in Toastmasters International, an organization aimed at improving public speaking and presentation skills.
