Award marks Kroll Ontrack’s second consecutive year as survey winner
Minneapolis – August 1, 2005 – This week, the editors of Law Office Computing announced the winners of the 11th Annual Reader’s Choice Awards. This year’s survey results recognized Kroll Ontrack as one of the most used service providers in the electronic discovery category. Electronic discovery has been its own category in the annual survey for two years and this marks the second year in a row that Kroll Ontrack has been chosen by the readers of LOC as their electronic discovery provider of choice.
“We are very pleased to have been recognized, once again, by the readers of LOC as their preferred e-discovery provider,” said Kristin Nimsger, vice president of Legal Technologies at Kroll Ontrack. “We are very proud of the products and services we bring to the e-discovery marketplace. It is truly an honor to have those products and services recognized by our customers and legal professionals.”
In the last three years, Kroll Ontrack has been continuously recognized by numerous publications and organizations as a clear leader in the electronic discovery market. Other top recognitions have come from AmLaw Tech, Law Technology News and Legal Assistant Today.
LOC started the annual Reader’s Choice Awards to honor the exceptional software manufacturers and service providers that have contributed to the technological advancement of the legal industry. The winners represent the most used providers in the legal technology field today.
“We congratulate Kroll Ontrack and all of our award winners on their high standing in the legal community and their commitment to excellence,” said Amanda Flatten, editor and publisher of LOC. "As a winner in the category of electronic discovery, Kroll Ontrack has once again been recognized as a top technology choice of law firms and our readers.”
LOC is a national magazine designed to give lawyers a competitive edge through the use of technology. Results were taken from a nationwide survey of 2,000 randomly selected LOC subscribers. Readers were asked to select which technology services they use the most. The winners and finalists in each category will be published as a special feature in the August/September 2005 issue.
