Corporate Responsibility

Kroll Ontrack is committed to impacting the communities in which we work and live. Through the operation of the Corporate Social Responsibility Task Force, Kroll Ontrack and its employees are encouraged to take an active role in community projects and charitable causes.

Through our national campaign across eleven U.S. offices, Kroll Ontrack donated over 600 toys to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation in 2009!

To support our employees in their efforts, Kroll Ontrack has a Time Off for Non-Profit Community Service policy.  Under the new program, full-time regular employees with 12 months of service may take up to one day of paid time-off each calendar year to perform volunteer work at a qualifying non-profit organization.  This allows our employees to support their community in a way that is meaningful to them.

Each year, Kroll Ontrack employees volunteer hundreds of hours and donate resources to many worthwhile causes, some of which include New York Lawyers for the Public Interest (NYLPI), The Innocence Project, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Toys for Tots and Memorial Blood Centers. These efforts are driven by our strong sense of corporate responsibility and the immense generosity of our employees.
