Ethics & E-Discovery
Seminar Overview:
Ethical Considerations in the Digital Age. Today’s practitioners face mounting new responsibilities and duties – along with new ethical hazards – as a result of the electronic evidence explosion. To help avoid judicial sanctions, ethical violations, or malpractice claims, attorneys in both large and small firms alike must understand the details of propounding and requesting electronic evidence. How do you identify the location of various types of information, and how do you go after the information after you find it? Once you get it, what do you do with it? What are the ethical risks if you do not consider electronic information or fail to follow best practices? Find out now, before you’re confronted with possible sanctions, violations or claims!
