Kroll Ontrack expands trial services business into Minneapolis/St. Paul market
Recent acquisition of TrialGraphix enables Minnesota-based Kroll Ontrack to provide full-service trial solutions to local law firms and corporations
Minneapolis – September 9, 2008 – Kroll Ontrack, the industry’s largest provider of paper and electronic discovery, computer forensics, electronically stored information (ESI) consulting, jury consulting, and courtroom presentation services, today announced the opening of its trial services division, within its corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, Minn. Providing industry-leading trial graphics, courtroom presentation services and jury consulting from recently acquired TrialGraphix, this expansion allows Kroll Ontrack to better serve the local legal market’s trial needs.
“We are delighted to partner with the numerous top law firms and world-class corporations that call the Twin Cities home. Building upon the e-discovery and computer forensics services we have provided for over 10 years, we complete our service portfolio by adding jury consulting and courtroom presentation services. Our clients will reap the benefits of optimizing time and cost savings by utilizing a single source provider for all of their litigation needs,” said Kristin Nimsger, president of Kroll Ontrack. “Minnesota businesses can now look to a trusted and established trial expert in their own backyard. This is critical when strategic consultation, ingenuity and service is of the upmost importance.”
The Twin Cities marks the company’s ninth trial services facility in the United States. The trial services division also maintains offices in Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia and Houston. Kroll Ontrack has been involved in thousands of cases in all areas of the law. The local staff of talented professionals can help trial teams prepare and present more effective case themes, favorable settlement positions and persuasive presentations," said Erica Holborn, vice president of trial services for Kroll Ontrack and former president of TrialGraphix. “The team’s dedicated, consultative approach and front-line experience is second to none in the industry.”
